After-sales service commitment

Our service purpose is “customer first”, and the users love is the power of spurred us to do better good after-sales service, we

 are here committed to:

我们信奉用户至上、服务到家宗旨，用户对我公司呼吸机的厚爱是鞭策我们做好售后服务的动力，我们承诺：

1.  Provide user respirator training, installation;

提供对用户呼吸机培训、安装；

2.  We ensure that the normal use of the equipment throughout the use period, in receives the user maintenance requirements, Try

 to be on-call, 4-hour response time,  provided the machine. We ensure to provide the equipment replacement repair parts after 8

 years of it discontinued. Spare parts required for repair process in a maximum of 3 days ' notice must be sent to the buyer；

在设备整个使用期内，确保设备的正常使用。在接到用户维修要求，立争做到随叫随到，1小时反应时间，12小时内到达现场维修，24小时内修复，如不能修复提供备用机。

如机器需更换修理，零配件在该设备停产后仍保证八年的供应。维修过程中所需零配件在接到通知后最长不超过3天必须送到买方；

3. Follow-up the users every two-month，listen to user comments and suggestions;

每二个月随访用户，虚心听取用户的意见及建议；

4. Reasonable fees, not unauthorized fees；

合理收费，不擅自加费；

5. Each time of installation, training, maintenance are user’s evaluation and signature requirements, and strive to provide the best

 quality service;

每次安装、培训、维修需用户签字、评价，力争提供最佳优质服务；

6. The ventilator sold by our company has a period of one year warranty. During the warranty period, spare parts and labor are free of

 charge, implement three guarantees,    but in addition to man-made damage factors.

我公司所销售呼吸机保修期为壹年。保修期间，零配件、人工费全免，实行三包，但除人为破坏因素外；

7. One year warranty failure rate is no more than 14 calendar days and every over day, the warranty period extended for 10 days. 

During the one year warranty,   all the fault made by the device Own defects should have free technical service and maintenance;

壹年保修期内故障率不超过14个日历日，每超过1天，保修期相应延长10天。如壹年保修期内因设备本身缺陷造成各种故障应免费技术服务和维修。

8. Technical supports: provide free software upgrades, and information of new features and clinical application of the equipment in

 a timely manner.

技术支持：免费提供软件升级，并及时提供设备新功能和临床应用资料；

9. Designated by the company as sales agents, distributors of ventilator, and our company will be responsible for after sales service

 and maintenance of life.

凡是由我公司指定的代理商、分销商所销售的呼吸机，我公司将负责售后服务，终身维修；

10. Our After-sales service center is in Shanghai, and spare parts has a sufficient amount of storage, can fully guarantee repair of

 spare supplies.

售后服务中心设在上海，维修备件具有足够的仓储量，完全可以保证维修备品的供应。
